Our heating system developed a severe blockage over the summer. It was only discovered when I switched it back on when it got cooler. No heat to any of the downstairs radiators. Two engineers spent four hours locating and removing the blockage. The two guys worked tirelessly. Some new pipework and an extra filter were added. On completion, they explained exactly what they had done and gave us good advice on how to use the thermostatic radiator valves to give maximum efficiency. The system is now working better than I can remember. Radiators heat up almost immediately. I cannot praise the engineers highly enough for their professionalism. Highly recommend.

Called to make an appointment. I was given all the relevant information and informed that I would be contacted on the day of the service(23.6.2020).

Central heating broke down, but when engineer left we ended up with no CH or hot water.took two weeks and a few engineers to get to the root of the cause but eventually O'Neil's sent a young boy called Graeme who was very good.
